We know our gear is the bee’s knees, the cat’s meow, the top banana. But hey, accidents happen, needs change, and sometimes a new adventure is in your future. If your Buckland gear isn’t quite the perfect match, don’t fret! Just send it back our way and we’ll find it a new home.
Here’s the deal: If your return fits our guidelines, we’ll even hook you up with a free return shipping label. It’s like we’re saying, ‘Go on, take a hike. We’ve got you covered.’”
To see if you qualify, please review the following:
Product(s) must be in new, unused and undamaged condition, with original tags.
Product(s) must be returned in the original packaging including any protective plastic, bags, and boxes.
Must be returned within 30 days of original purchase.

Purchased from Amazon? Please request a return directly from Amazon for your order.
RETURN PROCESS
Once you have filled out the return request form, a member of our team will reach out to you regarding the next steps. If applicable, our team will provide you with a return shipping label and RMA# for your return. You will need to include the RMA# in the package before shipping. You will want to place your return label on the outside of the package and return it to the carrier listed for that return.
BEFORE YOU SHIP
* Make sure your products are packed properly to ensure they arrive undamaged.
* Please remove or cover all labels and stickers from the original shipment. Having multiple tracking numbers and stickers visible on the package can create delays with your return or result in the product being shipped back to you instead of returned to BUCKLAND.
* We encourage you to request a drop off receipt with the carrier and keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Return orders can take up to 10 business days to process. Refunds are applied to the original form of payment once the return has been approved. The refund can take up to 7 business days to post to your account, depending on your banking institution.

Purchases made at any other location will not qualify for return with bucklandgear.com.

Returns/Exchanges are at the discretion of Buckland. You must complete the warranty request form to obtain authorization. If approved, a 20% restocking fee may be charged for a return and you are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to BUCKLAND. Contact BUCKLAND for further details.
