LIMITED WARRANTY. While our products are designed for extreme durability, unforeseen issues can arise. That's why BUCKLAND ADVENTURE GEAR offers the following limited warranty from the date of original receipt for the period listed on the chart below:

BUCKLAND Cooler, Drinkware, Lighting, Marine & Accessories Warranty

This warranty is your exclusive warranty and there are no warranties that extend beyond the description contained here. The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser and is not transferable and only applies if purchased directly from BUCKLAND, on our website Bucklandgear.com, or from an Authorized Retail Partner.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; (B) ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND ANY LIABILITY NOT BASED UPON CONTRACT ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED; AND (C) IN NO EVENT SHALL BUCKLAND BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A CLAIM FOR SUCH DAMAGES IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.

BUCKLAND WILL EITHER REPAIR OR OFFER A ONE TIME REPLACEMENT OF ANY BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, AT OUR SOLE OPTION. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER.

Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted. Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations or repairs, water damage or failure to follow recommended care and use instructions will not be covered by the warranty.

Factory discounted or second-hand products or products purchased from third party retailers such as Amazon, Alibaba, or eBay are not covered by our warranty.

Products used commercially, that are abused or misused, or products that are structurally altered or subject to undue stress beyond the physical limits of the materials are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use of the product or from any malfunction. Under no circumstance will BUCKLAND be responsible for any amount of damages beyond the amount paid for the product at retail. BUCKLAND will not be held liable for the contents of any cooler should it fail to operate as advertised.

The warranty shall not apply to any product, or component thereof, which is not returned according to our warranty policy and return procedures. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Please carefully review any online or printed care instructions for proper use and care.

Proof of purchase must be provided upon request in order to verify warranty coverage. Please retain purchase receipts for your records to submit at time of your return.

BUCKLAND reserves the right to change product models and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already complete products, or those in the hands of retailers or consumers. BUCKLAND products repaired or replaced under warranty may or may not incorporate such changes.
